Do I need trading experience to join?
No. Adam starts with the framework itself, so you can follow from week one with no background. Experienced traders usually join to fix risk, sizing and consistency rather than to learn the basics.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for around five hours: one live session with Adam, a couple of hours applying that week's material to the charts, and a short daily routine. The routine is deliberately brief so it survives a full-time job.
What markets and instruments does Adam trade?
Mainly futures and FX, with the same framework applied to indices. The process is instrument-agnostic — you learn to read price action and liquidity, then apply it to whatever you actually trade.
How much capital do I need to start?
None at first. The opening weeks run on a demo account so mistakes cost nothing, and position sizing and risk are covered before anyone trades live. Trading carries risk and no outcome is guaranteed.
What happens when the cohort finishes?
You keep the session recordings, playbooks and templates for the length of your plan, and stay in the community afterwards. Nothing you build during the cohort disappears when it ends.
